Australian Hemp Masonry’s hemp construction training has two components. This first is a 3 session online theory workshop, and the second is a hands on practical workshop learning to mix and install hempcrete.
Delivered by Klara Marosszeky, founder of Australian Hemp Masonry, the 3 x 2hr theory sessions, teach participants about materials, performance characteristics, design considerations, detailing, BCA compliance, mixing and installing hempcrete, finishes and making repairs, and is suitable for for retrofitting and new builds.
The next theory workshop starts on the 28th August, having participants ready for the practical workshops in September in Cressy, Tasmania and Byron Bay, N.S.W.
