Online Hemp Building Theory: 13, 20 & 27 August
This is the same online theory training AHM has run before, delivered over three sessions this time. It covers hempcrete’s performance characteristics, design considerations, detailing, mixing and installation, and BCA compliance — the foundation piece before anyone picks up a mix.
Practical Workshop: Dungog, Saturday 29 August
The week after theory wraps up, AHM runs a hands-on practical day in Dungog. This is where the mixing and installation techniques covered online get put into practice on-site, working alongside AHM’s team.
Rendering Workshop: Dungog, Saturday 19 September
Rounding out the run, this rendering workshop focuses specifically on lime render application over hempcrete — a skill set of its own, and one AHM gets asked about often by builders who’ve already done the practical.
