The Owner Builder with a team of 4 people, on 1 acre near Kunghur NSW, 400m2 floor area. The House is a solar passive design, with a large Verandah area of 125m2 All of the outside walls are 300mm hemp crete and a couple of feature walls inside the house as well. The windows and doors are UPVC, wood grain with 2 x 6mm double glazing. Whilst the windows and doors are a good size, they are not huge, to maintain a good climate inside. Emphasis is on the outdoor living, with an outdoor kitchen on the verandah. North facing with view of Mount Warning, a place in paradise.
