For images to display well on destops and mobile devices and work well in search engines there are some properties they should have so they are optimised. Please consider this HBD Image Criteria Best Practice guide when pulling together the images for your listing.
- Be around 300-1000KB – not more than 1 MB
- Not be pixlated or high res – a fine balance
- Your hero image should be landscape at 16:9
- Saved with appropriate name
- Your business name and what the image is of – EG xyz installers – hempcrete block wall.jpg
- Not – image098ytr.heic
- Have appropriate file type – .jpg is best for images – .png is best for graphics and logos
